๐ฑ OVERVIEW
MYND Adeje Hotel invited us to stay in exchange for an impartial review of their establishment and food offerings. Letโs just say that we came with a big appetite, and we ate really, really well during our stay! The restaurant is inside MYND Hotel, downstairs from the lobby. Dine there or opt to have a meal on their scenic rooftop terrace. (Just so you knowโthe terrace is a vibe, yโall).

THE MENU
You can access MYND’s menu via a QR code, and you can filter for vegan menu items. We were delighted to learn that MYND offers over 20 vegan and vegetarian options! Whatโs more is that their vegan meals were nutritionally balanced. In the name of being โvegan-friendly,โ too many restaurants and hotels/resorts slap vegetable-and-carb heavy items on their menu and call it a day; thereโs no protein in sight. (Weโre sure yโall are equally as tired of being asked where you get your protein from ๐).
PROTEIN-RICH OFFERINGS
But thatโs not the case at MYND. Their dishes are built around vegan protein sources like tofu, seitan, edamame and falafel. You can even order an extra portion of protein for an additional charge.
VARIETY
Plus, MYND’s chefs put a premium on variety. You can go the light and healthy route and order a vegan bowl packed with tofu and veggies, for example, or you can go more decadent and sink your teeth into a juicy vegan burger. And while the MYND emphasizes whole food ingredients, you can also get your fill of faux meats and cheeses.
Did we mention their buffet-style breakfast is complimentary? Well, it is! And it is stellar. Lunch and dinner options are equally as delicious and are wallet friendly.
Without further ado, letโs get into the dishes we enjoyed at MYND Adeje Hotel.
๐ BREAKFAST BUFFET
Letโs start with breakfastโthe most important meal of the day. As we mentioned before, MYND’s buffet-style breakfast is free with your booking. And we could not wait to pile our plates high each morning. For the first time ever traveling while plant-based, we were greeted by platters of vegan meats and cheeses. (The future is here!) There were also plentiful assortments of fruit, smoothies, cereals, and breads. We quenched our thirst with coffee, teas and freshly-squeezed juices. If you take cream in your coffee, there is soy milk available.
๐ VEGAN BURGER
By far one of our favorite meals of the trip, the vegan burger’s patty was meaty, savory and moist. It came topped with vegan smoked cheese, caramelized onions, portobello mushrooms, arugula and tomatoes.
๐ฒVEGAN BOWL
This bowl took, โYou eat with your eyes firstโ quite literally! It was vibrant, nutrient-dense, and flavorful. Packed with edamame, red cabbage, zucchini, tofu, crispy sweet potato fries, couscous, plums and sun-dried tomatoesโthis dish was light and perfect for a day spent soaking in the Canarian sun.
๐ง FALAFEL
Topped with an herby cream sauce, the falafel was fried to perfection. The side salad accompaniment was dressed in a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.
๐ STUFFED SWEET POTATO
We loved this simple but wholesome dish. A baked sweet potato was stuffed with a medley of bell peppers, onions and corn and topped with tofu and a rich vegan aioli.
๐ฅ TOFU AND VEGETABLE WRAP
This wrap came stuffed with tofu and vegetables tossed in a tart dressing. Although not our favorite meal of the trip, it was hearty and refreshing and came with a side of expertly fried sweet potato fries.
Thanks for joining us! We absolutely loved the vegan food offerings at MYND Adeje Hotel and felt spoiled by all the choices we had. We will most definitely be back.
