Ingredients
  

  • 2 vegan burger patties 8 oz total, such as Dr. Praeger’s Perfect Burger or Impossible Burger, defrosted
  • 2 tablespoon jerk seasoning our favorite brands are Walkerswood and Grace’s
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 2 pineapple rings
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • ½ small red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup lettuce we used butter lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • Make the jerk marinade: Fire up your grill. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the jerk seasoning with oil. 
  • Marinade the burger patties: Brush the burger patties on both sides with the jerk marinade. 
  • Time to grill: Grill the burger patties and pineapple rings to the desired level of doneness. You can also toast up your burger buns over the grill while you’re at it. 
  • Assemble the burgers: Place the burger patties and pineapple rings between the buns, piling them high with lettuce, red onion, and tomato. Enjoy!
