Instructions
Make the jerk marinade: Fire up your grill. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the jerk seasoning with oil.
Marinade the burger patties: Brush the burger patties on both sides with the jerk marinade.
Time to grill: Grill the burger patties and pineapple rings to the desired level of doneness. You can also toast up your burger buns over the grill while you’re at it.
Assemble the burgers: Place the burger patties and pineapple rings between the buns, piling them high with lettuce, red onion, and tomato. Enjoy!
